About me.

I'm Clem. 

I design, build and install bespoke storage solutions for Northamptonshire homes.

Using simple but quality materials, I offer fitted furniture at a reasonable price. Drawers, shelves, wardrobes, cupboards, whatever you want.

I provide either primed (ready to paint) or fully finished in any colour, using a one of the most durable woodwork paints available. Never any peeling vinyl coatings.

My experience 

I Attended a Furniture Studies course at Moulton College, gaining practical qualifications and skills under the watchful eye of some super experienced makers. Then I grabbed some manufacturing experience at a bespoke kitchen workshop, and later designed and fitted for a national furniture company.

Equally important were the many years in hospitals and hospitality where I learned how to work so hard my arms should have fallen off.

Why do I make bespoke furniture?

I was born in a Victorian terraced house, raised in another one, and lived in probably another ten since then. I adore them with all my heart and passionately believe that alcoves, high ceilings, weird angles and historic nooks - all deserve the kind of sympathetic treatment that standard sizes and plasticky finishes can't deliver, and bigger companies can often struggle to provide.

Getting a bit too romantic about architecture.

The reality is all homes should and can have quality storage. More importantly, those who live in them deserve the opportunity to decide exactly what ends up in that home, because if something works for you, it never needs to be replaced.
